Statement from the Artist:
"When I was a little girl, one of my favorite times of the day
was when my father and I went to the big red barn to milk the
cows. The comfort and strength that surrounded us was
created by the big timbers and walls of wood that came
together to protect each one who entered it's doors.
However, our barns are fading from our fields and pastures. I
want to pass on their legacy of tradition, trust, and
genuineness."
"By building furniture with the wood once a part of these 100
year old barns, I can help them live on and you can even touch
a part of them in your home."
