This coffee table has walnut legs that
were the hand hewn rafters from an
old log home circa 1826.  The top is
oak and made from the floor of the log
home.  The home was located in
Moniteau County, Missouri on the
Missouri River.  The logs used for the
house were so large that they would
have been standing when Lewis and
Clark sailed by just 22 years earlier.
